BOUNCE HOUSE & INFLATABLE RENTAL GUIDELINES – KP BROTHERS PARTY RENTAL
Renting a bounce house, water slide, or obstacle course from KP Brothers Party Rental is a great way to make your event fun and memorable. While our inflatables are designed for enjoyment, they are also professional-grade equipment and must be used responsibly.
Our team carefully cleans, inspects, and maintains every unit to ensure a safe experience. To keep everyone protected and avoid any damage or additional charges, we ask that you and your guests follow the guidelines below.
We’ll review all important safety information with you at delivery or pickup. If your rental includes specific instructions, those will be provided as well. Safety is our top priority—please follow all guidelines and enjoy your event!
Preparing for Delivery
• Delivery windows are typically between 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris (sticks, rocks, pet waste, etc.)
• Turn off sprinkler systems during your rental to avoid additional cleaning fees
• Our equipment is weather-resistant, so light rain is not an issue
• For water units, please have a working hose ready for setup
Power & Setup Requirements
• Each inflatable requires a dedicated 20-amp outlet within 100 feet
• Only use the extension cords provided by our team
• For safety, unplug the unit overnight

General Safety Rules
• Adult supervision is required at all times
• Unplug the unit during high winds or heavy rain
• No food, candy, drinks, or silly string inside inflatables
• No flips, rough play, or pushing
Obstacle Course Safety
• Must have 2–3 supervisors (one at each end, one in the middle)
• Limit to 2–3 participants at a time
• Do not allow new participants until others have exited
Water Unit Safety
• Never leave water units unattended
• Keep a hose connected and running as needed
• Drain water when not in use
• Only one rider at a time on slides
• No crowding or piling at the top
Generator Rentals (If Applicable)
• A separate adult should monitor the generator at all times
• Keep track of fuel levels and safe operation
Important Safety Notes
Inflatables will deflate quickly if power is lost
• If this happens, help all riders exit immediately
• Most units include a safety exit opening
• Air escaping from seams is normal and prevents over-inflation
Power Tips
• Use a dedicated outlet only—do not share with other devices
• Keep cords safely positioned to avoid tripping
• Make sure children do not unplug the unit
• If the unit loses power, check the outlet, breaker, and connections
