Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your equipment for your selected date and time.
Please note that reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. If a deposit is not paid, the equipment may be booked by another customer.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel due to weather or other circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your event.

• You must notify us before we leave for delivery to qualify for rescheduling

• Once our team has arrived at your location, the rental is considered active and the full remaining balance is due

As stated above, all deposits are non-refundable. However, if your event is canceled, we will issue a rain check valid for 60 days from the original event date.
