Payment
Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your equipment for your selected date and time. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received — if payment is not completed, the date may be booked by another customer.
 
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel due to weather or other circumstances, we will do our best to work with you.

• You must notify us before we leave for delivery to qualify for rescheduling
• Once our team has arrived at your location, the rental is considered active and no refund will be issued

All sales are final and non-refundable. However, if your booking needs to be canceled, we will issue a rain check valid for 60 days from the original event date.
 
Service Area
We are based in Greenfield, NH and proudly serve the surrounding area. Delivery is free within 30 miles — a $2 per mile fee applies beyond that. Not sure if you're in range? Give us a call or send us a message!
